This project was part of a Managing Creative Teams and Projects course in my master’s program at Parsons. The prompt of the assignment was to find an issue in New York that each team would like to explore.
I worked in a team of four and while we all rotated our roles throughout the project, my main contributions were field research (interviews, observations and designing research questions), designing graphics for models, marketing, creating test plans, and collating team ideas.
This is an example of the tools we used and steps that led us to our MVP.
After research, synthesis, and countless brain storming sessions. We translated insights we found into a viable solution.
After we came across a general concept, we were ready to prototype, test and iterate.
Once we had a clear idea of features of our service, we tested against competitors to show we had a unique value to offer.
